Background . Urethral strictures are currently one of the most complex pathologies in reconstructive urology. The promising direction this area is development single-stage surgical interventions that meets modern requirements for quality life patients. aim study To evaluate possibility and effectiveness treatment extended recurrent tuberculous urethral men using a combination skin flap buccal graft.
